Founder Shield is happy to announce that we now offer a full suite of Disability and Ancillary Benefits insurance!  Here’s the high-level overview on both:

Disability Insurance

Disability insurance is usually required for all companies with employees.  It’s just like Workers Comp insurance…you need it!  Disability insurance covers your employees when they are unable to work, offering a stipend (starting at $170/week) to help with the bills.

Ancillary Benefits

Ancillary benefits don’t replace your standard employee benefits packages.  They’re not typical medical benefits.  But they do provide an extra level of protection for your employees, which can be very valuable when ramping up hiring and attracting new talent for your startup company.  We offer packages that start at just $9/month and can provide your employees with extra cash when they’re stuck in the hospital, term-life policies, and exceptionally great dental and vision packages.

If you’re interested in either of these coverages, feel free to reach out to us at any time!  We’re happy to help out.  You can also read more about the offerings here.
